Jenn Sterger sues ex-manager alleged nude Brett Favre photos
April 29th, 2011 - 6:48 pm ICT by ANINew York, Apr 29 (ANI): Model/television personality Jenn Sterger is suing her ex-manager over lewd photos allegedly sent by quarterback Brett Favre to her.
Sterger, 27, who accused Favre, 41, of sexting her naked pictures, sued Phillip Reese for refusing to relinquish the emails and text messages she received from the quarterback when he played for the Jets.
The ‘Sterger Materials’, as the raunchy missives are labelled in a Manhattan Supreme Court suit, fill 18 binders and were provided to Reese and her then-lawyer in anticipation of a Sterger book on the X-rated saga.
“Sterger subsequently determined that she did not, and does not wish to publish a book regarding the Favre Story,” the New York Daily News quoted the suit as saying.
But Reese, who formed a company titled Game of Inches with Sterger, isn’t letting go, the suit says, and continues to present himself as the one-time Playboy model’s manager.
“Moreover, Reese has informed Sterger that he plans to use the Sterger Materials and information obtained from Sterger to pursue his own book,” the suit said. (ANI)
