London, Sep 19 (IANS) Late pop legend Michael Jackson’s mother will receive over $1 million a year to help raise his children.
Katherine Jackson will be receiving $26,804 for herself and an additional $60,000 each month to raise her three grandchildren, Prince Michael I, 12, Paris, 11, and seven-year-old Prince Michael II, also known as Blanket.
The ruling was approved by a Los Angeles judge in August, but was kept a secret until now, reported femalefirst.co.uk.
Katherine was awarded permanent guardianship of her son’s kids after reaching an agreement with Debbie Rowe - Michael’s second wife and mother of Prince Michael I and Paris. The identity of Blanket’s mother remains unknown.
