Italian teacher held for giving passing grades for sex

Rome, June 28 (IANS/AKI) A teacher in northern Italy has been arrested for giving students passing grades in exchange for sex.
The teacher in Piacenza city is accused of using social networking website Facebook to arrange meetings of sexual nature with students below the legal age of consent.
The suspect threatened one student who refused his approaches, and ordered her to tell other students that she had misunderstood his proposal over Facebook, police said.
