Iran detains seven US troops
September 19th, 2010 - 8:25 pm ICT by IANSTehran, Sep 19 (IANS) Iran has detained seven US troops for illegally trying to enter the country from Pakistan, a media report said Sunday.
The US soldiers and their two Iranian companions tried to enter the Islamic republic through the Koohak border crossing in Sistan-Baluchestan province, Xinhua reported citing media reports.
Iranian border guards arrested the soldiers, but their companions managed to escape.
