Indian student from Hyderabad shot dead in US
July 14th, 2010 - 2:43 pm ICT by ANIWashington, July 14 (ANI): An Indian student pursuing his masters in the United States was shot dead by unidentified assailants in a grocery store at Bridgeport in Connecticut.
A native of Hyderabad, Arun Kumar Narote, who was working as a part-time clerk at a grocery store in Bridgeport, was shot Monday night.
According to police, two masked men walked in to the Norman Grocery Store, robbed cash and shot Narote in the head.
Police are investigating the case. No one has been arrested so far. (ANI)
