Indian found dead in UAE
February 12th, 2012 - 10:41 pm ICT by IANSDubai, Feb 12 (IANS) An Indian, working as a porter in Dubai, was found dead Sunday inside a container, police said.
The 55-year-old man probably died due to lack of oxygen in the onion container where he slept, the Gulf News daily quoted Brigadier Khalil Ebrahim Al Mansouri, director of Dubai Police’s Criminal Investigation Department, as saying.
He said that during the night, the onions possibly absorbed all the oxygen in the closed container, suffocating the worker.
