Indian envoy welcomed by Sharjah ruler
December 28th, 2010 - 12:05 am ICT by IANSSharjah, Dec 27 (IANS/WAM) The new Indian Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, M.K. Lokesh, was Monday welcomed by Sharjah ruler Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi. Sheikh Sultan, who is also the Supreme Council member, wished the Indian envoy success in his mission.
Sheikh Sultan also welcomed Director of India Trade and Exhibition Centre in the Middle East (ITEC) Sudesh Aggarwal who briefed him about ITEC’s plans to increase trade exchange between India and the UAE.
