Indian American owned advertising agency on fast trackMay 17th, 2008 - 5:22 pm ICT by admin
New York, May 17 (IANS) Direct Agents, an interactive advertising agency owned by Indian Americans, has been named one of the 50 “fastest growing Asian American businesses” by the US Pan Asian-American Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation (USPACC). The company will be honoured at USPACC’s White House Gala May 28 in Washington.
Direct Agents realised 50 percent annual growth since its inception in 2003. Its founders brothers Josh and Dinesh Boaz, both foreign born Indian Americans, have remained close to their Asian heritage while pursuing their American dream.
“We are honoured to have been named one of the 50 fastest growing Asian-American businesses by USPACC,” Dinesh was quoted as saying in a press release. “We were inspired to grow our business by all the hard work our parents did when we first came to this country.”
Direct Agents specialise in performance marketing, media buying, lead generation and search marketing services. It offers its clients services including strategic media planning, execution, and evaluation of customized campaigns.
Founded in 1984, the non-profit USPACC aims to promote and stimulate economic growth among Asian American business owners. To qualify for the ranking, companies must be owned by one or more Asian Americans (at least 51 percent ownership). Based on percentage revenue growth over three years, selection was determined through direct applications and nominations.
