Princess Diana Washington, April 24 (ANI): Former model India Hicks, who was one of Princess Diana’s bridesmaids at her wedding to Prince Charles in 1981, has urged Kate Middleton who is to marry Prince William on April 29, to enjoy her big day and marriage intimately.

“It’s an incredibly difficult role that she is going to be taking on. What will be particularly difficult is finding the balance,” People Magazine quoted Hicks, as saying.

“The world will be sharing that day with her, yet she must bear in mind that it is her wedding day. Kate must enjoy it intimately with her family and with the man she loves and will spend the rest of her life with,” Prince Charles second cousin said.

She also said that the newly wed royal couple should work as a team, and “remain extremely close and bonded.”

“Marriage is incredibly difficult as it is, without the world watching. So, one can only hope that they remain a very, very bonded team and find the strength to go through it together,” she added. (ANI)
