India begins second summit with Africa

Addis Ababa, May 24 (IANS) India Tuesday began its second summit with Africa that is expected to give a big push to economic and strategic ties between two of the fastest growing regions of the world.
The two-day India-Africa Forum Summit kicked off in the presence of Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and leaders of 15 African countries chosen by the African Union.
The summit will culminate Wednesday with the Addis Ababa Declaration.
