Miami, Sep 14, (THAINDIAN NEWS) On Monday the Miami-based National Hurricane Center reported that a powerful category four storm, Hurricane Igor, is looming far out over the Atlantic Ocean which might in days to come threat the Caribbean Islands including the earthquake ravaged Haiti with torrential rains and flooding.
