London, Dec 28 (IANS) Heather Mills, who was formerly married to the Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney, is being sued by her nanny Sara Trumble over allegations of sex discrimination and intimidation.Trumble was asked to go above and beyond her role as Beatrice’s nanny. She claims she had to work as late as midnight sometimes, blow-dry Mills’ hair and also give her naked spray tans.
Trumble says that she was only supposed to look after Mills’ daughter, but the nature of the work changed when she went back after taking a maternity leave.
A constructive dismissal claim was lodged with an employment tribunal last week, reports mirror.co.uk. The two sides now have 28 days to come up with a settlement or have to go to court.
A spokesperson for Mills said: “This claim will be vigorously defended.”
Trumble also claims that she has been ordered to keep quiet about all that she has seen and heard while working for Mills.
