Gunmen kill 15 in Mexico (Lead)
October 24th, 2010 - 12:20 am ICT by IANSMexico City, Oct 23 (IANS) At least 15 people were killed and eight injured when gunmen attacked a group of partying youths in Mexico, Xinhua reported Saturday.
The massacre happened Friday night in the northern Mexican border town of Ciudad Juarez.
The attorney general of the state of Chihuahua, where the town is located, confirmed the death toll and said the victims included a 15-year-old girl and a 9-year-old child.
Drug-related killings and shootouts are common in Ciudad Juarez.
