Gordon Brown accused of lying about shoving aide

London, Mar 1 (ANI): Gordon Brown has once again come under fire after a close aide claimed that he had been pushed aside by the Prime Minister during a heated moment at Number 10.
In a tape recording, senior foreign policy adviser Stewart Wood said he was left shocked after the Prime Minister manhandled him on stairs, reports the Sun.
It is the latest potentially damaging accusation about the Prime Minister’s temper.
Last week, a new book claimed Brown “bullied” staff at Number 10 - something he denies.
In a taped interview, Wood revealed that an incident had taken place “at the top of the stairs at Number 10″.
In it, he recalled: “He was in a really bad mood. He walked up the stairs. And I leant forward and he went ‘Outta my way’ and he did that (makes strong sweeping gesture with his arm, imitating the PM), ‘outta my way’.”
Describing his reaction, Wood said: “I did say ‘Bloody hell’. And I was pretty shocked.” (ANI)
