Girl stripped naked, filmed by classmates
September 14th, 2010 - 9:48 pm ICT by IANSShanghai, Sep 14 (IANS) Five girl students in China were Tuesday awarded six months to one year in prison with probation for stripping a classmate of her clothes and videotaping the process.
The convicts, all students at a vocational school, brought the victim to a bathroom in the school building and beat her. Then they took off her clothes and videotaped her naked body with a cell phone camera, Shanghai Daily reported.
One of the convicts suspected the victim was speaking ill of her behind her back.
The Baoshan District People’s Court ordered them to pay the victim 45,000 yuan ($6,657) for medical expense and compensation for psychological damage.
Earlier, the accused told the court that they were just playing a joke.
