London, Nov. 29 (ANI): Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs has revealed the secret of his success after joining the elite ton-up club of Premier League goal scorers. He explained afterwards that he is able to recuperate at the ripe old age of 36 because his life is so Boring.
There’s no hitting the town anymore for the ex-Wales international who was carefully protected throughout his teenage years by manager Sir Alex Ferguson.
“I used to leave training and be able to go out shopping or meet up with friends in town - but not now,” said Giggs.
“Now it takes me one or two days to recover from matches so I know I have to conserve energy.
“These days I go home, put my feet up and sit on the settee watching TV or DVDs. My life is boring, boring, boring but it’s what I have to do to stay fit.”
Giggs became the 17th player to hit treble figures in the Premier League and has scored in every season since its inception in 1992. (ANI)
