French woman aid worker kidnapped in Yemen: Report
November 23rd, 2011 - 4:57 am ICT by IANSParis, Nov 23 (IANS) A French woman aid worker has been abducted in Yemen, a media report said.
Citing Yemeni security officials, French broadcaster RTL said two foreign nationals, including a French woman of Moroccan origin, were kidnapped along with their Yemeni driver by gunmen in southern Lahj region.
They were in a vehicle of the International Committee of the Red Cross at the time of abduction, said Xinhua.
The report, however, did not specify in which organisation the two foreign nationals worked.
