Four school kids killed in China accident
December 25th, 2011 - 9:10 am ICT by IANSBeijing, Dec 25 (IANS) An overloaded van carrying 12 school students plunged into a 60-metre-deep valley in China, killing six people including four pupils, officials said.
The eight-seater van that was loaded with 14 people rolled into the valley from a mountainous road in Yunnan province Saturday, Xinhua reported.
The other dead include the vehicle driver and an elderly man.
Officials said the van was not a school vehicle. The eight injured students were taken to hospital.
