New York, Dec 13 (ANI): US President Barack Obama’s former campaign manager David Plouffe’s book has been issued a plea to boost sales by its publisher after Sarah Palin’s book did better than his at bookstores.
Plouffe’s “The Audacity to Win” was kicked off shelf by Palin’s tome, “Going Rogue”, which is “selling like crazy”.
Penguin posted a challenge on its Web site to “Beat Palin’s Book for a Day.”
“For just one day . . . let’s try to make the sales of David Plouffe’s [book] overtake Palin’s,” the New York Post quoted it as saying. (ANI)
