Even Republicans feel Trump has very little chances of reaching White House

Washington, Apr 27 (ANI): Potential Republican candidate Donald Trump has very little chances of winning the 2012 presidential elections, according to a poll.
According to a Gallup survey, nearly 64 percent of general election voters, including 46 percent of Republican voters, would “definitely not vote” for Trump.
That was the second-worst showing by any potential Republican candidate, after former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, who 65 percent of the voters said they would not consider voting for.
Also, fifty percent of voters, including 31 percent of Republicans, said Trump would be a “poor” or “terrible” president, The New York Post reports.
Trump has been buoyed by tough talk on international economic issues and his persistent questioning of President Barack Obama’s birth certificate, an issue that has been avoided by other Republican politicians.
The poll showed that Trump himself has not escaped scrutiny as to where he was born. Only 43 percent of voters said Trump was definitely born in the US, and seven percent said he definitely or probably was born in another country.
The poll revealed that President Obama is also facing some strong headwinds himself in his bid for a second term as some 46 percent of general election voters said they would “definitely not vote for” him in 2012.
That is equal to the numbers for Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee and one percentage point higher than former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney. (ANI)
