Emirati students promote Abu Dhabi in London
November 11th, 2011 - 12:04 am ICT by IANSLondon, Nov 10 (IANS/WAM) The Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority (ADTA) stand at the World Travel Market (WTM), a leading global travel industry event, has proved to be major draw in London.
Visitors were informed about Emirate’s culture and hospitality by Emirati students who volunteered to work at the pavilion.
The students, all currently studying in Britain, were invited to join the Abu Dhabi promotion at WTM by Abdulrahman Ghanem Almutaiwee, UAE ambassador to Britain.
“This initiative is important for the students and for Abu Dhabi. The participation of Emirati students at the stand means we have people who understand our culture and who can deliver a powerful message to potential visitors,” said the ambassador.
