Emirates Post issues stamps on Arab Postal Day
August 16th, 2012 - 1:17 am ICT by IANSDubai, Aug 15 (IANS/WAM) Emirates Post, in association with Arab postal administrations, has issued a set of commemorative stamps in one denomination (225 Fils) to mark Arab Postal Day.
“We are delighted to salute the achievements of Arab postal corporations through these special stamps,” said Ibrahim Bin Karam, chief commercial officer, Emirates Post Group on this occasion.
Arab Postal Day highlights the importance of communication and information technologies in the Arab world, and seeks to identify opportunities for boosting cooperation in the postal field in Arab countries.
