Elizabeth Hawkenson, an undergraduate student at Arizona State University, is reportedly facing the heat after it became known that she has appeared in a pornographic video. Elizabeth Hawkenson, 18 said that she needed money to finance her education and willingly took part in the porn video. She stated that she was paid $2000 for the filming and assured that the video would appear only on the paid part of the site. A letter had been reportedly sent to the university by a former student asking the board to revoke the $33000 scholarship. The letter has reportedly pointed out that Elizabeth Hawkenson has brought shame on the university by her act.

The video shows Elizabeth Hawkenson holding her identity card to prove that she is 18 years of age before she engages in her sexual act. The video appeared on the Backroom Casting Couch, a porn site. The storyline happens to be that a guy puts out an ad for adult models. Females respond to it but the whole thing ends up with the girls having sex with him. Elizabeth Hawkenson said that the whole thing was scripted and she knew that she was about to engage in a sexual act.

There is mixed reports regarding the suspension of her scholarship. Some are claiming that it has been canceled while other reports claim that her scholarship is still existent. The letter though has been described as a hoax by some, who are speculating that it may be an attempt to popularize the porn video. The board though is reported to have said that it did not receive any letter.
