Elizabeth Edwards speaks out for first time about life after hubby affair hell

New York, June 30 (ANI): Elizabeth Edwards has spoken out for the first time about her husband’s affair and the fallout from their split.
Edwards has gone through a rough facet of life this year, similar to Sandra Bullock, as far as her marriage is concerned.
“I think about … what an incredible year she’s had, and yet, the stories you hear are not about all those great successes, but about the failure of her marriage,” the New York Daily News quoted Edward, as saying during her first television interview since she split from her husband.
“I thought that’s not who she is. I don’t know her, but I assume she wants to reclaim who she is in the same way I want to reclaim who I am,” she added.
Edwards separated from her husband, former Sen. John Edwards in January, following his admission that he fathered a child with mistress Rielle Hunter.
Elizabeth is not only fighting her bad relationship, but breast cancer as well, and has now developed tumors in her legs, spine and skull, but continues to remain positive.
“It’s less frightening than you think; it can’t migrate to your brain,” she added. (ANI)
