Earthquake rocks Pacific - Antarctic Ridge

There was an earthquake at Pacific - Antarctic Ridge with the magnitude of 5.0 on the Richter scale.
The moderate quake occurred on Thursday, October 09, 2008 at 01:23:20 UTC (Coordinated Universal Time ) and Wednesday, October 08, 2008 at 04:23:20 PM at epicenter local time as reported by the U.S. Geological Survey.
The epicenter is 4215 km (2620 miles) SE of WELLINGTON, New Zealand with the depth of 10 km (6.2 miles) set by location program and the location 54.899°S, 130.711°W.
Last month, there was a strong earthquake which rocked New Zealand Islands measuring 7.3 on the Richter scale.
