Dubai health authority website wins award
December 17th, 2011 - 12:39 am ICT by IANSDubai, Dec 16 (IANS/WAM) The website of the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has won an award for the best e-content in the Gulf region.
The website — www.dha.gov.ae — won the Gulf Cooperation Council eGovernment Award at a ceremony held in Kuwait.
The award was given for the manner in which information is presented on the website and the ease of browsing through the information.
Khalid Al Sheikh Mubarak, DHA deputy director-general, said: “At the DHA, we are working at all levels to provide excellence in service and it is our constant endeavour to deliver the best possible service in all fields of healthcare.”
The official portal of the UAE government — www.government.ae — won the Best Federal Portal Award.
