Drunken Oz man driving golf buggy charged with drink driving!
June 5th, 2010 - 5:46 pm ICT by ANIMelbourne, June 5 (ANI): An Australian man, who drove a golf buggy while in a drunken state, has been charged with drink driving.
The 51-year-old man was intercepted by the police at Yamba, on the NSW north coast, on road near the town’s centre, reports News.com.au.
According to the police, the man tried to mount the gutter in the cart, which had no headlights, brake lights or indicators.
The man blew 0.135 when breath tested, and was later charged with mid-range drink driving and using an unregistered vehicle on a road.
Police also suspended his driver’s licence. (ANI)
