London, Aug 15 (IANS) Troubled British singer Pete Doherty spent eight hours buying antiques from a dealer. According to thesun.co.uk, the singer walked into Fanny’s Antiques at 10 a.m. and left only by 6 p.m. He bought relics like a Union Flag, picture frames and old clothes. He loaded them into his vehicle, which needed a jump start.
Jo Cannon, a local, said: “Most people have a snigger at the name of the shop but Pete was far more interested in the stuff inside.”
