Baltimore police say they know where the suspect is and are setting up a tactical operation to deal with the gunman who attacked the doctor at the Johns Hopkins hospital, CNN reported.
However, police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said there is no information on whether the shooter has hostages.
He further said that the doctor’s condition has been upgraded.
The shooter is upset about his mother, who is being treated at the hospital, local media reports said.
