London, Oct 18 (IANS) David Beckham was held for three hours at Los Angeles airport and the football star wasn’t “pleased” at all.
Beckham, who flew in from London on Thursday, was detained while his bags were searched. No wonder it took hours - customs pulled 12 holdalls apart.
“David wasn’t pleased. He ranted at airport security. He even asked his handlers to do something but there was nothing they could do,” said a source.
The night before he played his socks off for Britain against Belarus at Wembley, then went out to celebrate with pal Dave Gardner to London’s Nobu and Bungalow 8 until 3 a.m.
