Court of Justice opens 1741 call center for citizens

Secretary-General of the Court of Justice Office Pinij Susaoraj (พินิจ สุเสารัจ)stated that the office acknowledges the public’s difficulty in contacting the Court of Justice for various reasons and thus his office has initiated the Automatic Information System which will work in the form of a call center at 1741.

Citizens may seek knowledge previous to their travel to courts 24 hours a day by calling the center which will answer queries both in Thai and English. Answers to queries may be received immediately or returned in the form of voice message.

The Court of Justice seeks to create a new dimension of convenience for citizens using the service of the court as they wil be able to better prepare themselves and also reduce costs.
