Los Angeles, September 2, 2010 (Just Flashed): Judicial minutes have demonstrated that a court case in which the prominent American actor, Nicolas Cage, accused a previous commercial manager of his of unprofessional conduct has been discarded. The name of the ex-commercial manager of Cage is Samuel J. Levin. A counterclaim by Samuel has also been disposed of.

Cage had taken legal action against Samuel worth $20 million in October 2009. The 46-year-old Cage had voiced that the accountant, Samuel, directed him onto a lane of economic ruinousness.

Samuel, in return, initiated a lawsuit against Cage, which alleged that Cage had not bequeathed remunerations to Samuel and that the actor didn’t pay attention to his recommendations.

Judicial minutes have pointed out that both these cases were thrust aside on Monday. No additional minutiae have been obtainable hitherto.

Cage’s legal representative happens to be Marty Singer and Samuel happens to be represented by the notary, Joseph Schleimer. They have not issued a rejoinder yet on these judicial developments.

The disposal of these lawsuits had initially been articulated on Wednesday by TMZ, which happens to be a website dedicated to covering news about the luminaries of Hollywood and of the Western television industry.
