Clinton fractures elbow, will undergo surgery
June 18th, 2009 - 3:09 pm ICT by ANIWashington, June 18(ANI): US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who is scheduled to visit India next month, fractured her right elbow during in a fall Wednesday.
Cheryl Mills, her chief of staff, said Clinton was on her way to the White House when she fell and injured her elbow.
Clinton was treated at The George Washington University Hospital, and will undergo surgery to repair her elbow in the coming week, Fox News quoted Mills, as saying. (ANI)
