Chinese woman castrates husband, jailed
August 12th, 2011 - 6:18 pm ICT by IANSBeijing, Aug 12 (IANS) A woman in China, who castrated her husband while he was asleep, has been jailed. She wanted to deprive him of his “sexual functioning” since she suspected him of cheating.
The woman in central China’s Hunan province was jailed for 11 years after she pleaded guilty at a court in Zhuzhou city.
She suspected that her husband was having affairs since he didn’t want to have sex with her, Shanghai Daily cited the Xiaoxiang Morning Herald as reporting.
On May 23, husband said no to an offer for sex and she decided to “deprive him of his sexual functioning”.
She gave him sleeping pills and when he fell asleep, the woman tied him to the bed and began cutting off his testicles.
Her husband woke up and begged her to stop. But she didn’t.
The woman completed the task and then called up her brother-in-law. She told him to “stitch the wound”.
