China will take an active part in multilateral diplomacy: Premier Wen

Addressing nearly 3,000 deputies of the National People’s Congress (NPC), Jiabao said: “China will take an active part in multilateral diplomacy, and use the G20 summit and other diplomatic forums as the main platform for strengthening the coordination of macroeconomic policies.”
The Premier further told deputies to the fourth session of the 11th NPC that through the platform, China will advance the reform of the international economic and financial system and accomplish the nation’s international responsibilities and duties
“China will maintain the sound, steady development of its relations with major powers, actively promote dialogue and cooperation, and expand common interests and the foundation for cooperation,” the Xinua quoted Jiabao, as saying. (ANI)
