China to exhibit spaceship items across the country
December 16th, 2011 - 7:49 am ICT by IANSBeijing, Dec 16 (IANS) China will hold space exhibitions across the country during 2013 which will feature items carried by its spaceships, Xinhua reported.
The exhibits will display items from Shenzhou-8, China’s latest unmanned spaceship, according to a press release issued at a launch ceremony in Beijing Thursday.
Precious pictures of space missions, space breeding, remains of rocket launching and a real re-entry module would also be presented to audiences.
Shenzhou-8’s return to Earth Nov 17 ended a mission that saw China completing its first ever space docking.
The main exhibition is scheduled to open in Beijing Jan 30, next year and it will move on to other cities.
