Chief justice of Pakistani Kashmir attacked
October 25th, 2011 - 9:02 pm ICT by IANSIslamabad, Oct 25 (IANS) Ghulam Mustafa Mughal, the chief justice of the Pakistani Kashmir high court, was injured Tuesday when gunmen opened fire at him.
Mughal came under attack when he was walking in the university ground in Muzaffarabad, the capital of Pakistani Kashmir, Xinhua reported quoting the local Urdu Channel Geo TV.
He received a bullet in his stomach and was shifted to the city’s Combined Military Hospital, police chief Riaz Abbasi told reporters. His condition was stable.
