Cannabis worth $1 mn found in Australian house
December 13th, 2011 - 9:43 pm ICT by IANSSydney, Dec 13 (IANS) Cannabis plants worth around $1 million have been found growing in the garden of a house in Australia.
Police raided a house in Glen Innes town in New South Wales and found 597 cannabis plants with an estimated value of more than $900,000, the Australian Associated Press reported.
Police also found cannabis leaves and seeds as well as brown powder believed to be heroin.
The report, however, didn’t say whether anyone was arrested in this connection.
