Candy Spelling’s LA home ‘world’s most expensive for sale property’
April 26th, 2010 - 4:46 pm ICT by ANILondon, April 26 (ANI): Socialite Candy Spelling has put up her LA home for sale at a whopping 93.75 million pounds.
The Beverly Hills mansion is among the only five homes in the US that are on sale for over 62.5 million pounds and also has the distinction of being the most expensive home for sale in the world.
Spelling, 64, says she wants to sell the 1991-built house because it is “too big” for her.
The Holmby Hills estate, known as The Manor, stretches across 56,500 sq ft, with a 17,000 sq ft attic not accounted for in the sale plans.
The Spelling estate is said to have 100 rooms.
“As we get older, you know, it’s a lot to walk,” the Daily Express quoted Spelling, as telling American TV network MSNBC. (ANI)
