London, June 4 (ANI): Gordon Brown last night faced the prospect of becoming the first Prime Minister in British history to be dumped by e-mail.Labour plotters are using Internet messages to persuade their backbench MPs to back a letter urging Brown to step down as PM and party leader.
According to The Sun, they hope to get 120 signatures on the letter. They have reportedly also drawn up a secret timetable for turfing the PM out of No10 in 23 days.
The plot to oust him was revealed exclusively by The Sun yesterday.
So far, four ministers of the Brown government have quit in the last two days.
Labour whips have warned that another senior minister might resign within days. (ANI)
