London, Nov 13 (IANS) Pop star Britney Spears has cancelled a planned concert performance with diva Madonna in Miami so that she can spend the run-up to the Thanksgiving holiday with her kids. According to thesun.co.uk, Spears was to make a guest appearance on the final show of Madonna’s American tour Nov 26 but the singer has decided to put her family before her career.

Britney has been granted custody of sons Jayden James, two, and Sean Preston, three, for the period leading up to their US holiday which falls Nov 27.
