British woman, daughter stab each other
August 8th, 2010 - 7:35 am ICT by IANSLondon, Aug 8 (IANS) A British woman and her 12-year-old daughter are fighting for life after stabbing each other in Southall, a suburb of London.
A dog walker found the woman and her daughter with stab wounds in Durdan Park area of Southall Saturday afternoon and raised an alarm. Police later took the pair to hospital in a critical condition, Sky News reported.
“Police were called at 1430 today following reports of two females suffering from stabbing injuries. Officers discovered a woman believed to be aged 30 to 40 years and a girl with knife injuries,” a London Metropolitan police spokesman said.
Police are, however, not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident, a Scotland Yard official said.
