Brit-Indian man says his ‘fish ‘n’ chips dish is the world’s healthiest’
July 16th, 2010 - 4:43 pm ICT by ANILondon, July 16 (ANI): A Brit-Indian man has claimed his dish of fish and chips is the healthiest in the world.
According to The Daily Express, Gurpareet Bains says his recipe is low in fat but high in Omega 3 and iodine - excellent for fending off illness and boosting brainpower.
The chips are encrusted with seaweed, the fish is salmon and the batter is spiced up with turmeric, chilli, cumin and curcumin.
He even has new book called Indian Superfood.
“It’s been known for some time that antioxidants may help prolong memory and boost IQ.
“My meal includes more antioxidants than grape juice and, as a result, could help boost memory and cut the risk of Alzheimer’s,” added Bains. (ANI)
