Boyzone rocked by another tragic death
February 23rd, 2010 - 11:50 pm ICT by IANSLondon, Feb 23 (IANS) Pop group Boyzone were left devastated after a close friend died, just months after their band mate Stephen Gately passed away.
The body of socialite Niall McCrudden, 45, who had allegedly been suffering from depression, was found at his home, but no details about his death have been revealed.
Boyzone star Mikey Graham has been left distraught by the news, because he’s still coming to terms with the loss of Gately, who died in October.
“I’m very sad today. I lost a very close pal… So damn tough. Another friend gone. RIP pal,” contactmusic.com quoted Graham as saying.
“He was one of life’s true gentlemen and had a heart the size of Ireland,” he added.
McCrudden has left behind his parents, son Matt, twin brother Kevin and sister Eimear.
