Botham backs Australia, South Africa to clash in WC finals
March 15th, 2011 - 3:05 pm ICT by ANIChennai, Mar. 15 (ANI): Former England captain and all-rounder Ian Botham does not believe India will make it to the final of this year’s World Cup in Mumbai on April 2. He believes that an Australia-South Africa final is on the cards.
“In my book, India were never the favourites for the World Cup,” The Age quoted the legendary star, as saying.
Botham said Australia and South Africa have the edge at the moment through their bowling strengths. (ANI)
