Bomb blast at Iranian mosque kills 15
May 29th, 2009 - 1:02 am ICT by IANSTehran, May 28 (Xinhua) At least 15 people were killed and scores of others injured in a bomb explosion at a mosque in southeastern Iran Thursday, IRNA reported.
The incident occurred at the ‘Amir Al-Momenin’ mosque in Zahedan city, said the report without giving more details.
Zahedan is capital of the Sistan-Baluchestan province, where Iranian security forces often clash with armed bandits and drug-smugglers.
