- La Paz, Oct 13 (EFE) Three Bolivian policemen were arrested when they were found to have forced teenagers to undress and have sex at a park in La Paz in order to make videos to be shown on the Internet, an official said.
The three officers, ordered to be locked up last Saturday by Judge Carlos Guerrero, were part of the detail assigned to Pura Pura park. They carried out the illegal acts on their days off, but in uniform.
Videos of teenaged boys and girls were made with cell phones and the sequences published on the Internet, according to prosecutor Virginia Crespo, who accused the officers of robbery, procuring and abuse of power.
The videos, some of which had already been seen on television, show the police forcing the young people to undress and have sex under the threat of being arrested.
The case was discovered when one of the girls involved identified the police officials who had blackmailed her the week before.
