Blast hits Kabul
November 28th, 2009 - 2:35 pm ICT by IANSKabul, Nov 28 (IANS) An explosion hit the diplomatic area of the Afghan capital Saturday morning but there were no casualties, police said.
The official said the bomb was planted in a garbage box and meant mainly to spark panic, Xinhua reported.
