Blast hits Kabul

- Kabul, Nov 28 (IANS) An explosion hit the diplomatic area of the Afghan capital Saturday morning but there were no casualties, police said.
The official said the bomb was planted in a garbage box and meant mainly to spark panic, Xinhua reported.
