Biden invites Putin to visit US

Moscow, April 22 (IANS) US Vice President Joe Biden had a telephone conversation with Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and invited him to visit America, a spokesman said.
Biden told Putin that he and US President Barack Obama would be pleased to see the Russian prime minister, Putin’s spokesperson Dmitry Peskov was quoted as saying by Xinhua.
Their conversation focused on various issues regarding the US-Russia cooperation in trade, economy, he said.
