Washington, September 7, 2010 (Just Flashed): A board of three judges of the American Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has rejected the appeal of a convict in the Washington state, who is on death row. The appeal from the convict is a pressing stay of his capital punishment. The name of the convict happens to be Cal Coburn Brown. The board repudiated his appeal for a stay in a 2-1 pronouncement on Saturday.

Legal representatives for Cal Coburn Brown can now request the full courthouse to make another study of the case or initiate an appeal in the U.S. Supreme Court.

Brown is listed to be exterminated on September 10 for his involvement in the persecution and slaughter of 22-year-old Holly Washa, who happened to be a female of Burien in Washington.

Brown is disputing, among other things, the latest one-drug method of the Washingtonian state for mortal injection.
